These terms govern any purchase made on clemences.co.
1. The seller
The icons sold on clemences.co are made and sold by:

2. The buyer
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract.
3. Products
We sell hand-made religious icons. Each product page shows dimensions, weight, materials and price. Because each icon is hand-finished, slight variations in the gold leaf or the brushwork are normal and part of the craft. Photos on the site are representative; the icon you receive is the same model, not the exact piece photographed.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site (EUR, USD, GBP, depending on market). Prices include applicable VAT for European Union buyers. For shipments outside the EU, prices are excluding tax; duties and import taxes are pre-paid at checkout under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where available, see the Shipping page.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices that apply to your order are those displayed at the moment of order confirmation.
5. Order and acceptance
Your order is firm and final when you receive the order confirmation email. We can refuse an order for any legitimate reason (suspected fraud, abnormal quantity, sanctioned destination).
6. Payment
Payment is taken at order. Accepted methods depend on country: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shopify Payments. Local methods (Klarna, iDEAL, BLIK, MB Way, Bizum, Scalapay) may be offered in their home countries.
7. Delivery
See the Shipping page for rates and delivery times. We do not ship to France from this website.
8. Right of withdrawal, EU
European Union consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without reason and return the item. See the Refund policy.
9. Conformity warranty
European Union: the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects apply by default, free of charge.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where this would be unlawful (death, personal injury, fraud, gross negligence). Otherwise, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Intellectual property
All content on clemences.co (texts, images, icons, design) is the property of IGR or its licensors. Reproduction, even partial, requires written consent.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may try the official EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or take the matter to a competent court.
