Each icon starts with an original design by our artistic director. Two iconographers in our workshop paint the original. The image is then reproduced on a wood panel, hand-gilded to the leaf, and finished with enamelled varnish applied by brush, icon by icon.
The whole process takes place in our workshop in southern Burgundy, France.

Slight variations between two icons of the same reference are normal and part of the craft.
They are not pre-blessed. You can have them blessed by a priest of your choice when they arrive.
We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time depends on destination. European Union 3 to 6 business days, United States and Canada 5 to 9 business days, rest of world 7 to 14 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email when the order ships.
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever possible. Duties and import taxes are pre-calculated at checkout, and you have nothing to pay on delivery.
If DDP is not available for your country, this is indicated before you confirm the order.
Send a photo to contact@icones-chretiennes.fr within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full.
